and their experience with your brand

It’s all about your customer and their experience. It’s not about the needs of your company, nor your perspective. If it’s not associated with strong values and the good you contribute towards in the world. 

The customer experience is your brand today. 

You need to be very specific in your marketing. Who do you want to serve? And why is your product or service of value for this individual?


You need to know everything you can about your customer and really put yourself in their perspective and tell a story that resonates with them.
